AidKit supports payment options for banked and unbanked populations. Options include same-day direct deposit, real-time payments, virtual debit cards, prepaid physical debit cards with ATM access, and, for some programs, Zelle.

Can AidKit help prevent duplicate assistance or fraud?

Yes. AidKit provides duplicate-application prevention and tools for identity, residency, and income verification. The platform also supports document uploads, backend data checks, electronic signatures, self-attestation, audit trails, and eligibility review.

Yes. Applicant data is encrypted in transit and at rest and protected through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication. Partners retain ownership of their data, and AidKit does not sell or share information without explicit consent. The platform supports standards including SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, WCAG 2.2, and HECVAT.

Can we use AidKit for programs beyond disaster relief?

AidKit Ready has a one-time setup fee based on the organization's needs and community served, with no recurring fee until activation. Once activated, fees scale with program volume, configuration requirements, and operational support needs.

What happens if we never have a disaster?

If no disaster occurs during the preparedness period, the organization only pays the one-time implementation fee. That fee includes up to seven years of readiness, with no annual licensing costs unless a program is activated.
