Introduction

At AidKit, your privacy is your choice — and we respect it.

We don’t sell your personal information. Ever.

Some laws (like in California and other states) define “share” broadly to include targeted advertising. Because we use tools like LinkedIn or HubSpot for marketing, we offer you control over whether those tools run.

Opt out of share/sale (targeted ads)

Remember we will never sell your information and non-essential cookies are off unless you allow them.

You can change choices anytime in Cookie Preferences unclicking Marketing & Identity tracking cookies. This will turn off our Marketing & Identity Tracking tools (e.g., ad pixels, contact-level identification). Remember, these tools only run if you’ve explicitly given consent in Cookie Preferences.

Your choice is saved for this browser. If you clear cookies or use another browser, data collected before you changed your settings may still be used, but we’ll stop collecting new data from any disabled cookies.

What this all means (plain language)

  • “Sale” / “Share” (targeted ads): Some state laws use these terms when third parties use data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Turning this off stops us from using your data with those partners for that purpose.

  • Targeted ads: Ads based on your activity across different sites/apps. With opt-out on, you may still see AidKit ads—but they won’t be based on cross-site tracking from our tools.

  • Contact-level identification: If enabled in cookies, approved providers may connect your visit with a known business profile (e.g., name, organization, role). Opting out turns this off.
